3D MODEL

Designers can perform 3D modeling or 3D scans with clay-like prototypes based on creative design drawings, and obtain 3D data for 3D inverse modeling.

 

 

3D PRINT

The designer carries out the 3D printing according to the 3D model drawings, and can intuitively check the various details. If it is found that there is a need to modify the 3D print draft, the 3D model can be repaired according to the customer's opinion to meet the customer's needs.

 

 

ALLOCATION

The sculptures are made of different materials such as stainless steel,corten steel, copper and stone. These different materials can be purchased according to design requirements. 1. Stainless steel is one of the most commonly used materials for modern sculptures. The surface can be brushed, mirrored, painted, and coated with titanium. 2.Corten steel has the characteristics of rust resistance,corrosion resistance, and the weather resistance which is 4-8 times higher than ordinary steel.Its surface is a layer of rust-red material, which feels very rough and has a special texture,  forming a natural protective layer, which greatly extends the life and performance of the steel plate.This kind of steel contains copper, nickel and other corrosion resistant elements, it has good toughness, good ductility, easy forming, welding, wear resistance, high temperature resistance, fatigue resistance, good weather resistance and other excellent performance. 3. The copper material has good tensile capacity, and the bronze forged sculptures have good characteristics and are strong. 4.Stone is a natural material, high quality stone should become the focus of sculpture creation.

 

 

PRODUCE

The 3D model data is magnified by 1:1. The metal material on the surface is purely hand-forged and the surface can be printed without any defects. Our hand-forging process has now reached a world-class level.

 

 

TRANSPORTATION

The entire sculpture is divided into multiple components, and each part is fixed for transportation. Our company has a complete multinational transportation system, which can handle the visa procedures for installation personnel, engineering transportation and other relevant overseas procedures.

 

 

INSTALLATION

We provide a professional installation team and track the project execution throughout the field site visit. The company's installation team selects the same group of technicians from production, transportation, and installation to truly control the security and quality.

 

 

WARRANTY SERVICE

Our company not only pays attention to the quality control in the construction process but also pays attention to the warranty service for the project. Therefore, our company has set up an after-sales service organization. For any quality problems occurring during the quality assurance period, our company is responsible for free maintenance (except for any failure caused by Party A's improper use or other human factors).During the quality assurance period, door-to-door service will be provided and a 24/7 hotline service will be set up.
