Design

Under the leadership of our company’s experienced and dedicated design team, outstanding national sculptors have created unique and innovative designs.

3D model

Designers can use clay-like prototyping materials to perform 3D modeling or 3D scanning based on creative design drawings, thereby obtaining 3D data for reverse engineering.

3D printing

Designers use 3D model files to produce 3D prints and can visually inspect all details. If revisions to the 3D print design are required, the 3D model can be modified based on client feedback to ensure it meets the client’s needs.

Allocation

These sculptures are crafted from a variety of materials, including stainless steel, weathering steel, copper, and stone. Each material can be selected to meet specific design requirements. 1. Stainless steel is one of the most commonly used materials for contemporary sculpture. Its surface can be brushed, polished to a mirror finish, painted, or coated with titanium. 2. Weathering steel is highly resistant to rust and corrosion, exhibiting atmospheric corrosion resistance 4 to 8 times greater than that of ordinary steel. Its surface develops a reddish-brown patina that feels remarkably rough to the touch, creating a unique textural quality and forming a natural protective layer of rust. This significantly extends the service life and performance of wear-resistant plates. Containing corrosion-resistant elements such as copper and nickel, weathering steel also boasts excellent toughness, ductility, formability, weldability, wear resistance, high-temperature resistance, fatigue resistance, and outstanding weatherability. 3. Copper possesses excellent tensile strength, and bronze cast sculptures exhibit superior characteristics while remaining robust and durable. 4. Stone is a natural material, and high-quality stone should be the primary focus in sculptural creation.

Production

The 3D model data has been scaled up at a 1:1 ratio. The surface metal material is crafted entirely by hand through forging. Our company’s manual forging process has now reached the exquisite level of sculptural hand-forging.

Transportation

The entire sculpture is divided into multiple components, each of which is securely fastened prior to shipment. Our company boasts a comprehensive international logistics network and is equipped to handle all necessary overseas procedures, including visa applications for installation personnel and permits for engineering transportation.

Install

We provide an installation team that monitors project execution throughout the entire on-site inspection phase. Our installation team comprises the same group of technicians for production, transportation, and installation, ensuring rigorous control over safety and quality.

Warranty Service

Our company not only places a strong emphasis on quality control throughout the construction process but also provides warranty services for our projects. To this end, we have established an after-sales service department. During the warranty period, we will provide free maintenance for any quality issues that arise (except those caused by improper use by the client or other human factors), offer on-site service, and maintain a 24/7 hotline available around the clock.
